On the weekend we will be fortunate enough to have Matt Young join us as an aspiring wine enthusiast. Matt is a pro with 25 years recording experience and has worked with artists such as Katy Perry, Blink 182 and Everclear to name a few. His recording studio is currently located in Stockton, CA. I am going to start Matt off with wine in its rawest form - NA!!! Instead of the usual go to which is White Zinfandel. We will delve into the two of the main providers of the dealcoholization service to the industry and what makes them different. So should be lots of fun and hopefully informative.
